This is a service designed to address some of the challenges of caregiving. It aims to free up some of caregivers' time, make their caregiving journey more manageable, and lighten their burden, allowing them space for themselves.
Prototype: Figma Link
Brief
Research Findings
Initially, I aimed to identify all the challenges people face while working remotely. I didn’t differentiate between major and minor issues, as my goal was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the problem space.
Upon reviewing my findings, I encountered two major considerations.
Shifting Focus: Caregivers
Through further exploration, I decided to focus on caregivers — individuals balancing remote work with caregiving responsibilities.
I analysed multiple sources, including mass media reports, to understand the experiences of caregivers balancing work and caregiving responsibilities.
Analysis
Recognising the diversity within this group, I noted that caregiving experiences vary significantly based on income level and the condition of the care recipient.
Based on the insights, I created a user persona.
Customey Journey Map
I created Tony’s story, recounstructing one day of his life:
Concept Development
To solve Tony’s problems, I developed a service concept. It is a service offering practical support, such as:
Meal deliveries
Transportation assistance
A caregiver community for shared experiences

User Flows
Usablity Testing
After completing my prototype, I hired participants online for one-on-one video interviews.
The profiles of the participants (1-6 caregivers and 7-9 non-caregivers) are as follows:
Users’ Comments
After analysing users’ comments, I improved my design.
