I’ve spent years working in mass media, social media marketing, and PR, where I gained valuable insight into user feedback and support services. These experiences led me to realize my drive for creating products that truly improve people’s lives. While working at a large company, I had the opportunity to collaborate with UX designers, editors, and researchers.
